Carrier Enterprise is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to support commercial contractor sales of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. The role can be based in Baton Rouge, Harahan, or Lafayette and requires collaborating with the commercial sales team as a technical advisor and product advocate.

The ideal candidate will configure, price, and quote technical and financial solutions to position CE as a viable market option, with performance-based bonuses available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical field required.
• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC engineering or applications experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to business opportunities and generate quotes for commercial sales.
• Support Account Managers and Sales Managers with new and existing accounts.
• Complete bids, submittals, and take-offs from plans and specs.
• Follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals to close sales.
• Interact with customers, manufacturers, and the sales team via phone and email.
• Assist with training for commercial dealers as needed.
