Paper Machinery Corporation (PMC) is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join our sales team in Milwaukee. You’ll build relationships, develop new business, and learn PMC's machinery to advise customers on optimal solutions.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to drive projects from opportunity through installation and follow-up. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with strong communication and a consultative selling approach, and is comfortable working

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, business development, or related experience.
• Consultative or solution-selling approach.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfort working with technical products or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, research, and outbound sales.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation, order, installation, and follow-up.
• Learn PMC's machinery and become a knowledgeable resource for customers.
• Work with engineering and other internal teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate customer visits, machine demonstrations, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Site Acceptance Tests.
• Identify opportunities for additional equipment, upgrades, and services within existing accounts.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer information, and activity in CRM.
• Build long-term customer relationships rather than simply making one-time sales.
