Job summary

Ledgent Technology in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities. You will work onsite, engage customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings, and support product applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify new sales opportunities within current and emerging accounts
• Generate leads through inside sales activities and promotions
• Respond to web leads, RFQs, sizing requests, and customer inquiries
• Recommend products based on customer application requirements
• Provide pricing, delivery, RMA, and customer service support
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and product support
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity documentation
• Prepare monthly sales reports
• Gather and share market intelligence
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and training programs

Inside Sales Engineer

Location: Elk Grove Village IL - Occasional trade shows and sales meetings (must have reliable transportation and clean driving record)

Salary: $75,000-$82,500 + 10% bonus (Hourly, Non-Exempt)

Location: Fully onsite

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
