Job summary

Watkins Wellness is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Customer Experience team in Minnesota. The role focuses on supporting inbound dealer inquiries across the U.S. and Canada, preparing quotes, and managing orders from quote to completion.

This position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating with sales, production planning, and accounting teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required or preferred; strong aptitude for learning encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional email communication and proofreading.
• Experience working with customers, dealers, distributors, or partners is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote).
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound dealer inquiries via phone and email, provide product information and lead-time estimates.
• Prepare custom quotes and assist with qualifying new projects from inquiry to completion.
• Process and manage incoming dealer orders and ensure accuracy and alignment with internal processes.
• Serve as a liaison between dealers and internal teams (sales, accounting, production planning, tech support).
• Review project details to ensure customer expectations align with company capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organization across multiple priorities and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience from quote to completion.
