Job summary

Kärcher is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales & Dealer Enablement Representative in Aurora, CO to drive lead generation in industrial sectors and manage route decisions between direct pursuit and licensed dealers.

You will train dealers on our proprietary software, maintain CRM records, and build strong relationships with independent dealers while ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, business development, or account management (industrial or B2B water treatment experience a plus).
• CRM experience; ability to train others on software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within industrial sectors via cold outreach, email, and digital networking.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to assess needs and budget, routing to direct pursuit or licensed dealer as appropriate.
• Train dealers on our proprietary software to maximize their local sales pipelines.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with our independent dealer network and ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
