Job summary

MacLean Power Systems (MPS) seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage inside sales and customer support for their designated region, focusing on delivering superior service.

The role collaborates with purchasing, production, and shipping to ensure accurate order processing, quotes, and timely delivery. Occasional in-person or Teams meetings with customers are required, with a strong emphasis on relationship management and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years related experience including experience with technical products.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple clients.
• Outside sales experience and strong communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Processes incoming orders and verifies all aspects of the orders and quotes.
• Collaborates with purchasing, management, and staff to ensure accurate order processing.
• Provides information, quotes, and terms to clients.
• Coordinates with production, shipping and leadership on order status.
• Manages approval drawings and release of orders to production.
• Works with sales reps, application engineers, and customer-facing teams.
• Maintains relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Answers product and industry inquiries from clients.
