Job summary

Modern Builders Supply, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the outside sales team and handle inside sales and order fulfillment.

You will process orders, solicit additional business from current customers, and deliver responsive service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with periodic Saturday shifts during peak season.

Qualifications

• Data entry aptitude and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer focus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of inside sales and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the outside salesperson and assist with order fulfillment.
• Process orders and follow up to ensure accuracy.
• Solicit additional business from current customers.
