Job summary

Lippert is hiring for a full-time customer-focused role focused on building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. You will manage inquiries by phone and email, run essential reports, and support sales with accurate product specifications and new account setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Navision and AX systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is expected.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Track and follow all customer requests until complete.
• Learn new products and their key features.
• Run various reports for the Report Server to obtain needed customer information.
• Work with operations teams to provide quick and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Develop and provide specs for configured product lines as needed by customers or outside sales team members.
• Assist with initial contact and setup of new accounts (credit application, etc).
• Help facilitate and maintain the RGR process with all local production plants.
• Provide daily support to assign outside sales team.
• Source new sales opportunities and build relationships through phone calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Work with appropriate sales executives to further develop opportunities
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
