Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Customer Care Center professional to handle customer concerns, process orders, and provide product information from a skilled, service-driven team. You will maintain rapport with customers and contribute to brand promise with reliable, timely support.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site hourly position with growth opportunities in the RV and automotive

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with time sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage and track customer orders and requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle incoming calls and maintain high service level expectations.
• Identify root causes and take corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
• Maintain general knowledge of product lines and pricing.
