Job description

We’re looking for a full-time inside sales representative to join our growing team! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Responsibilities:
  1. Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication.
  2. Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.
  3. Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers.
  4. Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible.
  5. Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
  1. Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills.
  2. At least one year of experience as a sales representative.
  3. High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  4. Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process.
Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
