Job summary

A signage company in Cleveland is seeking a Customer Service employee to interact with customers and foster relationships. You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and in-person, and you'll receive dedicated training in sales and products. Ideal candidates should have an interest in visual composition and the ability to work with customers effectively. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job description

As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service employee, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients.

The signage industry is growing in market share, breadth of technology and applications. While traditional small print is being eroded by digital replacements, wide format signage is becoming more affordable and accessible for any size of business.
