LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals for branch counter sales and field route support in the United States. The role emphasizes building customer relationships, processing orders, and assisting customers both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouses, dispatching deliveries, and helping maintain stock levels while providing clear pricing and shipping information. Strong numerical and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in telephone sales, customer service relations, and/or route sales.
• High school diploma or GED required; automotive knowledge preferred.
• Strong math and data entry skills for pricing, quantities and shipping data.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products.
• Assist walk-in customers with sales and respond to questions on parts, pricing, and services.
• Process orders with correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Coordinate with warehouse to pull products and dispatch deliveries.
• Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, delays, and needed information.
• May receive and process payments from walk-in customers.
• Maintain safe work practices and follow PPE policies.
• Support route salespeople with check-in/check-out and inventory monitoring.
