• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on parts, pricing, warranties, and delivery times.
• Process orders and ensure accurate pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, and delays.
• Advise substitution or modification of parts when unavailable.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
