Air Hydro Power Inc. in Louisville, KY, seeks a leader for the LMH Inside Sales Team to coordinate workload and improve overall efficiency. You will respond to quotes, orders, and lead times, and provide technical guidance to customers.

Utilize the P21 system to access customer data, stock status, and purchase orders; work with accounting on credit checks and coordinate with vendors to meet delivery requirements.

Competenze

Requires a High school diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities essential.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Mechanical aptitude is a plus; ability to delegate when appropriate.

Mansioni

Description

Lead the LMH Inside Sales Team by initiating collaboration among the LMH team, ensuring the team workload is equitable, which will improve the overall efficiencies of the team. Receives (by telephone, fax, or email) requests for quotations, orders and lead times from customers. Provides technical guidance to customers and routinely researches customer part specifications in order to complete customer quotes and orders. Coordinates with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing value-added services to customers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Respond in a timely manner to incoming tasks (including requests for quotes, order entry, application assistance, product selection, or resolving other customer issues) to both our customers and outside sales representatives of AHP.

Lead the LMH Inside Sales team by initiating collaboration and synergy among the LMH team.

Ensuring the LMH Inside Sales team workload is equitable, which will improve the overall efficiencies of the team.

Uses P21 system to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of purchase orders, and make changes on customer purchase orders. Ensures that correct codes are used for retrieving and inputting information.

Checks with accounting department concerning credit status of customer when orders are entered into P21 System.

Contacts vendors to locate requested items in order to meet customer's delivery requirements. Relay this information to customer.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Related experience and/or training are strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
