Job summary

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to own the full customer lifecycle—from inquiries to delivery assurance—and lead the customer service team. You will bridge internal operations with external customers, monitor sales and service metrics, and drive cross-functional insights to enhance customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to present data and guidance in senior staff settings.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of college and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Customer Service Management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response to customer inquiries about status of their order.
• Assist with integration of functions in preparing quotes on LTAs: estimating, purchasing, quality, and customer engineering.
• Offer 100% support to the team and provide direction in troubling situations.
• Present relevant metrics to senior staff meetings.
• Support Customer Visits and communicate vision for the organization and other customer requests.
• Update department metrics weekly and monthly.
