Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, professional support.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders.
• Verify order details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy.
• Maintain customer records and update the ERP system.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, shipping, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve issues.
• Support team goals, train new employees, and perform other duties as assigned.
