Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience, with preferred bilingual English/Spanish. Basic computer skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Process orders - enter and review orders for pricing, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch in some locations.
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
