Job summary

CoolSys is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support ongoing development of existing and prospective customers, helping the branch meet growth targets. The role involves inside sales, assisting sales teams, and delivering technical support to customers.

The position requires strong communication, sales skills, and proficiency with Office tools, with attention to deadlines and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Positive attitude.
• Must be able to take direction and execute.
• Must be comfortable working with deadlines.
• Analytical thinking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Sales experience.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift, up to 15 pounds at a time.

Responsibilities
