Job summary

LKQ Corporation is looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Springdale. The role focuses on providing information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods, and on processing orders with accuracy.

You will build relationships with customers, advise on substitutions when parts are unavailable, and handle internal documents such as credits, invoices, and returns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 1+ years of related experience is required.
• College coursework or degree is preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.

• Process orders - perform order entry, review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data (may dispatch orders in some locations).
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.

Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
