GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support shipping, order expediting, and forecasting activities. The role collaborates with the Shipping and Sales teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

The candidate will maintain product knowledge and assist with reports and compliance requirements. The position requires a related degree and 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and good verbal/written communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 4-7 years relevant experience or 7+ years relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping paperwork for Millsap and field warehouse shipping and receiving departments.
• Inspect orders to determine inventory availability and adjust orders to meet delivery deadlines.
• Expedite domestic and international sales orders from inception to delivery while coordinating with Shipping for best logistics.
• Prepare reports and collect accounting documentation for timely invoicing, month-end close, and ATF compliance.
• Maintain product knowledge to better serve internal and external customers.
• Work with sales to produce and maintain monthly sales forecasts and help meet corporate goals.

GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Inside Sales Coordinator. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assists with shipping paperwork for Millsap and field warehouse shipping and receiving departments.
• Thoroughly inspects each order and/or quote to determine inventory availability; may recommend changes to product orders to use existing inventory and alternate solutions to meet expedited delivery.
• Expedites domestic and international sales orders from inception to delivery while meeting strict deadlines and coordinating with Shipping department for best logistics.
• Prepares reports and collects accounting documentation to assist with timely invoicing, month end closing and ATF compliance.
• Keeps up to date with product technology to better serve internal and external customers
• Works with sales to produce and maintain monthly sales forecasts. Helps sales to achieve goals in line with corporate goals and strategies
• Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
• Quote against the allocated accounts, negotiating with the customer base to ensure budgeted order intake requirements are achieved at the best possible margin.
• Provide accurate forecast based on historical usages, market trends, and new work in the pipeline.
• Entertain current clients and prospects within the boundaries of GEODynamics’ T&E policy.
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor Degree in related field and 4-7 years relevant experience or 7+ years relevant experience
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good Communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems a plus

• Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role:

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Repetitive motion - Hands/wrist/shoulder
