SERVPRO Team Wall in Sparks/Glencoe, MD is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to guide homeowners through restoration projects from estimates to completion. You will be the primary contact, coordinating with production teams and insurance adjusters to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and clear communication to help families navigate through a stressful home restoration process. This is an in-office position in Sparks/Glencoe, MD.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential restoration opportunities from estimate through project completion.
• Deliver and explain estimates to homeowners.
• Follow up with customers and convert opportunities into sold projects.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, construction, insurance adjusters, and accounting.
• Provide proactive project updates and exceptional customer communication.
• Resolve issues quickly while advocating for the customer and the company.
• Maintain accurate documentation in company systems.
• Build long-term relationships that create outstanding customer experiences.

Compensation

Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000 annually

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$80,000-$85,000 annually

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

At SERVPRO Team Wall, our Inside Sales Coordinator (internally referred to as our Residential Account Managers) serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their restoration journey. From delivering estimates and explaining the process to coordinating with production teams and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, you'll help families navigate one of the most stressful events of their lives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, project coordination, and helping customers make informed decisions. This is an in-office position, based out of Sparks/Glencoe MD.
