Job summary

Viciniti, a provider of furnished housing solutions, seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator in Houston, TX to handle inbound inquiries and convert opportunities into bookings. You will coordinate reservations, prepare quotes, and manage client communications in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

You will collaborate with a team, maintain CRM records, and identify upsell opportunities while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule, weekly pay, and an ESOP-owned company culture.

• Manage multiple housing requests, bookings, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Maintain listings across client platforms and booking portals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through additional services and offerings.

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You'll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings.
