Job summary

Viciniti, located in Edmond, Oklahoma, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to manage inbound inquiries, research available furnished housing, and provide pricing and reservations. You will enter bookings, maintain CRM data, and coordinate multiple requests while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

This role offers hourly pay with monthly commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, ESOP, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Viciniti is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to help clients find furnished housing solutions while managing multiple inbound opportunities. This role combines customer service, sales, coordination, and problem-solving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

You'll receive inquiries from clients and booking platforms, identify the best available housing options, prepare quotes, coordinate reservations, and help convert opportunities into bookings.
