Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound B2C leads, advance the sales process, close new business and upgrade existing accounts. You will qualify leads, conduct outreach via telephone and email, and drive revenue with a MUST WIN attitude and strong support staff.

The role is quota-carrying and focused on delivering new revenue growth through effective relationship-building and product solution selling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must qualify opportunities with multiple decision makers.
• Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals and meet quotas.
• Experience with CRM software and sales processes.
• Willingness to work overtime; weekend hours on rotation could be required.

This is a quota-carrying role, primarily responsible for driving new revenue.

Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound B2C leads, advancing the sales process, closing new and upgrading existing business and achieving opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to best qualify leads and reach business targets through telephone and email

Job Duties:

• Achieve monthly assigned sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional member experience with each member interaction.
• Consistently follow-up on leads and unsold quotes by phone and e-mail
• Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
• Effectively communicate A3SH's home security solutions and value propositions.
• Utilize sales skills to upsell products based on the members individual needs.
• Manage pipeline with precision, and consistently develop strategies to grow your business.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Smart Home products
• Maintain competent skill levels in both product and club computerized systems.
• Accurately document each member interaction in Salesforce- ensuring efficient lead management.
• Monitor market trends on industry best practices to offer valuable perspective to your clients.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Understanding and experience in professional selling processes
• Genuine passion for the sales discipline and for helping clients succeed
• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast moving, ever-evolving environment
• Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
• Bilingual- Spanish preferred

Educations & Experience/Licenses & Certifications:

• BA a plus but not required
• Minimum of 1-2 years' direct work experience in inside or outside sales capacity
• Demonstrated success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple decision makers
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas
• Experience with customer relationship management software
• Overtime as required; Saturday and Sunday hours on a rotation basis is required

WORKING ENVIRONMENT / MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Works in an office environment where standing, walking or sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation may be required for extended periods of time.
• May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences.
• Approximately 80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer and telephone.
