A national consumer services organization is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Consultant to engage prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services.

This position requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish. Language proficiency will be assessed as part of the hiring process.

This is a consultative, phone-based sales role focused on understanding prospective clients' needs, educating them about available options, addressing questions and concerns, and securing appointments for in-person consultations.

What You'll Do

Compensation

This position provides a base salary of $41,600 plus uncapped incentive compensation.

Total earnings vary based on individual performance. Estimated first-year total earnings are $80,000-$100,000+, with top performers potentially earning $110,000 or more.

Eligible employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package. Additional details regarding benefits will be provided during the recruiting process.

Training and Travel

Approximately two weeks of initial training requires travel. Additional travel requirements, if applicable, will be discussed during the recruiting process.
