Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representative - Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for converting incoming leads into new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experiences. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will shape their initial impressions of our firm and play a vital role in our growth. This position is based in our Virginia Beach office, with remote work options available. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails.
  • Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build a robust sales pipeline and facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progress and interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, required.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
  • Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous calls per day.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word).
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Some college education, preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $40,000 per year
  • Bonus Opportunities: Monthly and quarterly incentives
  • Total Compensation Potential: $75,000 - $100,000 per year and beyond
