This fast-paced, in-office role requires quick decisions and the ability to close same-day or with short-term follow-up, while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

You will gather case details, present information to attorneys, and ensure timely communication with leads, with familiarity bonus for Clio or HubSpot and English/Spanish bilingual

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals in urgent need of legal help. This is a fast-paced, in-office sales role where quick decision-making and the ability to close same-day or with short-term follow-up are critical. You won’t be selling a "want" — you’ll be selling a need where every second counts. Professionalism, empathy, and the ability to communicate urgency are essential to your success in this role
