Job summary

Consumer Product Testing Company is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support Lead Management by delivering qualified opportunities from multiple lead-generation sources to our Account Managers, while acting as the front line to our Client Experience.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; a BS/BA in health-related science and 2 years in a GCP/GMP/GLP environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in health-related science.
• At least 2 years experience in a GCP, GMP or GLP environment.
• Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact to prospective clients, assessing their needs and aligning with internal capabilities.
• Manage leads from multiple sources to deliver qualified opportunities to the Account Managers
• Develop and manage specified groups of clients
• Engage with Management for the development and execution of prospect lists
• Promote client awareness of CPT technologies and departments
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure all quotations are submitted to clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain a working knowledge of overall company capabilities to drive collaboration across departments
