Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home design consultations and close roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding projects at homeowners’ residences. You will work from pre-set qualified appointments and earn commissions with uncapped earning potential.

Expect a $4,000 sign-on bonus, 100% commission W-2 with monthly bonuses, and on-target earnings of $150K–$320K+ annually. Four weeks of paid training and allowances for car, cell phone, and company iPad are

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or door-to-door sales is not required due to pre-set appointments.
• Ability to close deals at the homeowners’ site.
• Comfortable presenting designs and using rendering software to show options.
• Tech-savvy and able to use an iPad for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home design consultations and provide same-day estimates.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutionsand close projects in-home.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
