Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, and siding solutions, and close projects in-home.

This role features a 100% commission W-2 structure with uncapped earnings, on-target earnings of $150K–$320K+ annually, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, 4 weeks of paid training, and a monthly car and cell phone allowance, plus an iPad and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative sales experience with homeowners
• Ability to conduct in-home design consultations and close deals
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets within a commission-based role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing, bathroom remodeling, or siding solutionsand close projects in-home.

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional in-home design consultations, design custom showers using proprietary rendering software, provide same-day estimates, and execute a one-sit close.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
