J&L Building Materials is seeking an Inside Sales team member for our Douglassville, PA branch. You will work at the counter, engaging with customers to drive sales and provide outstanding service. Build relationships, understand our product range, and contribute to branch goals.

The role requires solid customer service skills, basic math, and familiarity with MS Office and POS/inventory systems. Starting rate is $24.75 with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedure manuals, and work instructions.
• Basic math skills, including ability to calculate discounts, percentages, measurements, and apply basic algebra and geometry.

Mansioni

• Serve as internal salesperson and provide high levels of customer service.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Enter new customer data and sales data into the database.
• Make outbound lead follow up calls by telephone and email.
• Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert into sales.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes through proper channels.
• Provide product demonstrations to qualified customers on request.
• Estimate delivery and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate stocking, inventory, and cycle counting.
