J&L Building Materials is seeking an Inside Sales team member for our Yeadon, PA branch to engage customers at the counter and drive sales. You will manage data entry, make follow-up calls, and provide product knowledge to convert leads into orders.

Starting rate is $24.75 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA contributions, 401K with employer match, profit sharing, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Formación

• Bachelor or associates degree, or HS diploma with 1+ year sales experience.
• Familiarity with building material industry or construction experience.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and POS/inventory systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide internal sales support at the counter and deliver excellent customer service.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Enter customer data and sales data into the database.
• Make outbound follow-up calls by phone and email.
• Handle inbound sales leads and convert to sales.
• Assist in stocking, inventory, and cycle counting.
