Richelieu is seeking a Telemarketing/Inside Sales professional to drive local sales, handle quotes, and support customers by phone. This role emphasizes collaboration with outside sales and problem solving to present product solutions.

Candidates should have prior telemarketing or customer service experience, be bilingual English and Spanish, and comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Monday–Friday daytime hours, on site.

Qualifications

• Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and basic Outlook systems.
• AS400 experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders and providing quotes.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives on orders and quotes.
• Research product solutions for customers to resolve field-project issues.
