Best Buy Metals is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales professional fluent in English and Spanish to build relationships and drive revenue growth. You will identify opportunities, nurture client connections, and provide tailored metal roofing and siding solutions in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently seeking a customer-focused Inside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team fluent in English and Spanish. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. Here is what you will be Responsible for (but not limited to):

• Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through the pursuit of strategic processes.
• Execute outbound calling strategies.
• Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.

The Most Qualified Individuals will have:

• One year experience in sales
• Background in construction/roofing related field
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)

Here's what we will offer you:

Comprehensive benefits package including:

• Monday through Friday schedule (Occasional weekend Events)
• Unlimited earning potential w/commission! Potential salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year to start
• Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service)
• PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year)
• 8 paid holidays (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service includes Birthday too)
• 401(k) (1st of the quarter after 90 days of service)
