You will handle quotes, respond to inquiries, collaborate with senior staff, and build strong relationships with contractors and partners while learning solar, lighting, and related items.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, preferably inside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred; training will be provided.
• High school diploma required; additional sales/technical coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process phone and email orders with pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
• Provide basic product information and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Support outside sales by prioritizing urgent customer requests.
• Collaborate with senior inside sales and specialty teams for pricing and specs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and partners.
