Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to drive growth with SMBs nationwide from our Uptown Charlotte office. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect outbound, conduct virtual demos, and close new business while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires 2 years of inside sales or B2B experience, strong closing ability, and excellent communication. A BA/BS degree is preferred but not required. Competitive base with uncapped commissions supports career growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outbound outreach through virtual demos and closing new business.
• Drive consistent outbound activity to generate and develop new opportunities with SMB owners nationwide.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand business goals and marketing challenges; Present tailored digital marketing and business management solutions.
• Manage and advance a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Leverage CRM tools and data to track activity, forecast accurately, and drive performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to share best practices and elevate overall team success.
• Focus on new client acquisition in a high-energy inside sales environment (no account management)

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outbound outreach through virtual demos and closing new business
• Drive consistent outbound activity to generate and develop new opportunities with SMB owners nationwide

What You’ll Bring:

• 2 years of inside sales or B2B experience (SaaS experience a plus)
• A proven ability to close and consistently exceed quota
• Strong virtual presentation and communication skills
• High energy and self-motivation—you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience working with SMB clients or across diverse industries (preferred)
• A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
