Job summary

Affiliated Parts in Elmhurst is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to handle customer interactions via phone and email, generate quotes, and process orders. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the sales and operations teams while learning HVAC nomenclature and parts identification.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, 1–3 years in inside sales or customer service, and a related degree is a plus. Proficiency with multiple computer applications is needed.

We are currently seeking the right individual to fill a need for an Inside Sales Associate in our Elmhurst location. This position is responsible for interacting with customers through phone and email, creating quotes, and processing orders. As the Inside Sales Associate, you will report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing customer support via phone and email to assist new and existing customers with their requests in a timely manner

Estimated Salary:$50k-55k/yr. with flexibility based on experience and skills.
