Job summary

Air Comfort Service Group in West Babylon, NY is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians for full-time work across the Greater NY Area. You will diagnose, service, and repair both commercial and residential systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document findings on-site. You’ll work Monday to Friday with on-call rotation, receive a company vehicle and phone, and benefit from medical and pension plans, paid time off, overtime opportunities, and stable year-round work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
  • EPA Certification preferred.

Multiple Openings based on experience

HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while representing the company on-site.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems and components
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on commercial and residential equipment
  • Install and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical HVAC components
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently in the field
What You Bring
  • Minimum of five (5) years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems
  • Experience with AAON, Mitsubishi, Daikin, and LG systems preferred
  • Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and complete repairs correctly the first time
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • EPA Certification preferred
