Job summary

Role: Inside Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate

As anInside Sales Associate for our Parts DepartmentatAmbient HVAC Supply,you’llbe responsible forhandling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and accountsetup.You’llbe a liaison between manufacturers,customersand our Sales team.You’llalso get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction.This isa great opportunityto join a growing company and get exposure to premium products, a greatteamand experts in the field.

Responsibilities:

· Set up quotes for customer pricing.

· Answer customer calls andidentifyparts.

· Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.

· Respond to customerproposalsvia telephone and email.

· Follow all company safety programs.

· Support warehouse operations by receiving and processing incoming inventory, verifying accuracy, and stocking products in a timely manner.

· Perform inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment to maintain accurate inventory levels.

· Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring orders are accurately packed, documented, and shipped on time.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support efficient daily operations.

· Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and store materials, pallets, and products throughout the warehouse.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· HVACproficiencyor experience is a plus.

· Proficiencyin Microsoft office programs isrequired.

· Basic math and computer literacy.

Estimated compensation: $60-75k/yr with flexibility based on experience and skills.
