Job summary

Affiliated Parts in Elmhurst, IL is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support HVAC contractors and building engineers. Based at the Elmhurst location, you will provide proactive customer service, answer inquiries, and help drive orders and quotes.

You will work with the sales and operations teams, learn HVAC nomenclature, and grow your experience in a collaborative environment with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and communication skills.
• 1-3 years of inside sales/customer service experience a plus.
• Degree in business, communication, engineering, or related field a plus.
• Demonstrate active listening skills to add value to customer and internal interactions.
• Ability to learn and manage several different computer applications
