Job summary

Ambient HVAC Supply in Chicago is seeking an Inside Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate to handle quotes, process orders, manage inventory, and support both the sales and warehouse teams. You will liaise with manufacturers and customers, prepare proposals via phone and email, stock and ship items, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment while using a forklift as needed.

• HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up quotes for customer pricing.
• Answer customer calls and identify parts.
• Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
• Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email.
• Follow all company safety programs.
• Support warehouse operations by receiving and processing incoming inventory, verifying accuracy, and stocking products in a timely manner.
• Perform inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring orders are accurately packed, documented, and shipped on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support efficient daily operations.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and store materials, pallets, and products throughout the warehouse.
