YouTheFan is seeking an organized Inside Sales Assistant to support the sales team and customers. This role handles order entry, invoicing, customer setup, and service, contributing to accurate order processing and strong customer support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support preferred.
• Solid attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with computers and learning new systems quickly.
• Reliable, accurate, and able to follow tasks through to completion.
• Team player willing to assist other areas when needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process sales orders, credit memos, and invoices.
• Assist with new customer and item setup.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, and order information.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
• Update portals with shipment and invoice information.
• Review orders and information for errors or missing details.
• Maintain organized customer and order documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
• Learn and follow customer-specific processes and requirements.
