Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Miami team. This role blends inside sales, appointment setting, and customer service to convert inquiries into scheduled estimates and support branch operations.

You’ll manage inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, coordinate with installation and service teams, and ensure a positive customer experience from first contact through post-appointment follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior inside sales, customer service, call center, appointment-setting, scheduling, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking customers to schedule an appointment.
• Sales-minded with a strong customer-service approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers and convert inquiries into scheduled estimate appointments.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads from website, phone, events, and other marketing sources.
• Follow up with prospects not yet scheduled for an estimate.
• Coordinate installation and service scheduling with customers, installers, and branch management.
• Maintain accurate lead, appointment, and follow-up information in the CRM system.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers by phone and in person.
