Job summary

A U.S.-based distributor of quartz and stone slabs is seeking an Inside Sales/Admin for their Tukwila warehouse. The role involves handling inbound sales leads, preparing quotes, and assisting customers in selecting inventory. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. A stable base salary between $50,000 and $60,000 plus performance-based bonuses is offered within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, inside sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication (phone & email).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment.
• Organized, responsive, and results-driven.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email).
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads prospect data provided by company.
• Follow up field sales leads from sales managers.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries.
• Prepare and send quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up consistently on quotes to close sales.
• Assist customers in selecting slabs at the warehouse/showroom.
• Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update CRM/pipeline tracking.
• Support the Sales Manager in daily sales operations.
