Best Cheer Stone, Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support inbound inquiries, online leads, and quote follow-up for stone and cabinet products. You will convert opportunities into orders and work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes follow-up, communication, and product knowledge in stone, cabinets, kitchen and bath, with potential to grow earnings through commissions. Office and warehouse environment included.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to follow up, quote, and close opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and opportunities concurrently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound inquiries, online leads, and requests promptly.
• Reach out to prospects by phone, email, and online platforms to convert to quotes and sales.
• Re-engage dormant customers with outbound follow-up to generate new business.
• Prioritize opportunities and prepare accurate quotes based on customer needs.
• Build relationships by understanding projects and recommending products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and communications.
• Assist customers with product selection, layout discussions, and basic design coordination.
• Maintain organized records of leads, quotes, and pipeline progress.
