Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with our client in Rockwall, TX to hire an Inside Sales Account Manager. This role focuses on building relationships, managing accounts, processing orders, and providing product guidance to customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with operations, accounting, marketing, and sales to ensure accurate quotations, price accuracy, and timely responses. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and direct hire

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5+ years of experience in account management or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with ERP or order management systems.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of existing customer accounts across multiple markets.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and general account information.
• Process customer orders accurately through the company's internal systems.
• Prepare and maintain product quotations while ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Direct sales opportunities and customer requests to the appropriate internal resources when needed.
• Monitor shared communication channels, including inbound emails and phone inquiries, and provide timely responses.
• Collaborate with departments such as operations, accounting, marketing, and sales to resolve customer needs and support business objectives.
• Assist in developing account growth strategies and identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement.
• Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Educate customers on available products, features, and solutions to help meet their business needs.
• Provide sales support activities, including occasional outbound customer outreach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
• Perform additional administrative and account management duties as assigned.
