Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Inside Sales/Account Manager to grow key customer accounts in a hands-on, in-office role. You will manage quotes, process orders, and collaborate with production and purchasing teams in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Inside Sales/Account Management or Customer Service.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial/distribution environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and purchasing teams to meet customer requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Track account activity and maintain accurate customer records.
