Inside Sales / Account Manager

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: In-Office Position

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Account Manager to join a growing manufacturing company. The successful candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and purchasing teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements
