• Present the company’s capabilities, advantages, coverage, and services.
• Negotiate pricing and process pricing adjustment requests (PARs).
• Resolve customer issues including freight bills, claims, and service problems.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Pricing, Claims, Revenue Accounting).
