What Success Looks Like

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Execute strategic outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain a robust 3-4X pipeline through targeted prospecting
  • Convert high-quality inbound leads using consultative selling approaches
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase our Experience Enhancers
  • Navigate full sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure

Build Strategic Relationships:

  • Partner with hotel and restaurant decision-makers to understand their business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and implementation teams
  • Provide valuable market intelligence to enhance our competitive positioning
  • Represent Agilysys at industry events and networking opportunities

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Have Experience: 3+ years software sales experience with consistent quota achievement

Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing net new business

Strong consultative, value-based selling skills

Technical aptitude for effective product demonstrations

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Bonus Points For: Restaurant or hotel/resort industry experience

Experience with ConnectAndSell or similar sales acceleration tools
